Hourly Services

$35/hour during the daytime (8am to 8pm) in 3-4 hour shifts 

$40/hour evening shifts (3 hours, from 8pm-11pm)​

Packages

15-hour package: $500 (save $25) (5x3hr visits)

24-hour package: $775 (save $65) (8x3hr visits)

As a postpartum doula, I will come to your home and provide emotional support, along with a range of other practical services that you feel you need during this time. These include:

• Light household chores (laundry, tidying, preparing meals, etc) 

• Basic breastfeeding support 

• Infant care and education 

• Postpartum coaching sessions 

• Sibling care  

• Time for your self-care (shower, nap etc) 

• Prenatal nutrition consultations: helping you navigate common pregnancy symptoms with food as medicine

• Prenatal birth visioning session with vision board​​​

Please note that at this time, I do not offer full overnight support as I also have a little one at home. I am also not a certified Birth Doula, so do not attend births.
